Lemongrass oil is another essential oil that can be included in your daily routine to attain flawless skin. It has toning and purifying properties and also relieves redness, itching, and swelling. It has antiseptic and astringent properties due to which it makes an excellent addition to cosmetics that are meant to help achieve glowing and evenly toned skin. When used as a toner, it cleanses pores and strengthens the skin tissues. Blending Lemongrass Oil into body washes helps achieve itch- free skin and healthy skin.

We want to see the rising Sun in the morning. We want to breath the fresh air in the morning. We want to start our day early for healthy routine and plan our day in better way. We want to be a morning person, we think daily that from tomorrow I will start going to morning walk and get up at 5 AM , 5:30 AM or so on.
After few attempts and failures, people started thinking that – I can’t wake early, I love my sleep more. The most important part is – IT HURT OUR WILL POWER, WHEN WE CAN’T WAKE UP.
DON’T WORRY, it is not that bad, check out the list which will surely help you to wake up early with little bit of planning :
It all start with late night food. We need to maintain food habit. Eat less and before time. At least try to have food 2 hours before you need to sleep.
Instead of morning alarm, set alarm to sleep on time. For Example, if you want to wake up at 5 AM than you need to sleep at 10-11 PM. So, put alarm in your phones to Go-to bed on time and don’t forget to put your phone fridge (away from you).
Planning plays a vital role and motivation to wake up. If you have basic to-do list of morning routine For Example : 1. I wake up at 5 AM, Drink 4 glass of water, Go for walk at 5:30, Take bath at 7: 00, Have breakfast at 7:30, Turn on my phone at 8:00 AM, Start working or so on.
I recommend to first call your loved once (family/friends) and put your away from your self. If you are a person who is eager to see phone on every second or on every small notification tune on phone or even a little blink on phone than YOU MUST TURN YOUR PHONE OFF.
Don’t worry about friends and family, soon they will start realizing your schedule and they do not disturb you.
Have a glass of warm-milk. If you don’t like milk than have tea but whatever you have should not contain Caffeine.
This is the key. We need to have enough sleep to wake up.
Once you go to bed, relax and give your self time. Focus on breath for some time and do not hold your thoughts, let them flow for a while, again focus on breath consciously and SLEEP LIKE A KID.
