Tea Tree Organic Oil

Tea tree oil comes next in the list of the best essential oil for your skin. It cannot be used in the purest form and hence has to be mixed with either olive oil or coconut oil. It is used to treat oily skin due to its antiseptic properties. Tea tree oil also soothes itchy and flaky skin due to its anti-inflammatory properties. Furthermore, it helps in treating acne and when used regularly removes the acne marks and scars, giving you a clear skin. Tea tree oil is also beneficial in healing of wounds.

Ylang Essential Oil

Ylang Ylang Essential Oil is  pronounced as “Ee-lang Ee-lang,”. It receives its common name from the repetition of the Tagalog word “ilang,” which means “wilderness,”-its natural habitat. The wilderness to which it is native includes the tropical rainforests of the Philippines, Indonesia, Java, Sumatra, Comoro, and Polynesia.Ylang ylang oil is used to balance the skin and get rid of blemishes and discolouration. It also stimulates the growth of new cells, tightening the skin around eyes to get rid of wrinkles and fine lines. It reduces the signs of aging, soothes itchy skin and generally takes care of your skin and also present in body lotions made especially for toning the skin and protecting against harmful elements.

Lemongrass Oil

Lemongrass oil is another essential oil that can be included in your daily routine to attain flawless skin. It has toning and purifying properties and also relieves redness, itching, and swelling. It has antiseptic and astringent properties due to which it makes an excellent addition to cosmetics that are meant to help achieve glowing and evenly toned skin. When used as a toner, it cleanses pores and strengthens the skin tissues. Blending Lemongrass Oil into body washes helps achieve itch- free skin and healthy skin.

Frankincense Oil

Frankincense oil has an aroma that can be best described as woody or earthy. It demonstrates astringent and cytophylactic qualities, which are known to reduce wrinkles and repair discolouration. Frankincense oil also promotes the growth of new cells and tightens skin pores and hence slows down the aging process. It is the best remedy for oily skin since it reduces the production of sebum. Doing this, it prevents clogged pores and hence prevents acne.

#1 The Best Advice I Ever Got

There was a time in my life that I lived in a closet. And no, not the closet that’s being talked about during Pride month. I mean a literal closet. I wish I had a good excuse like I was trapped in there or that I’m actually a wizard whose aunt and uncle are jerks- but I don’t. The truth is that I was fifteen years old, incredibly depressed, being bullied at school (which I inevitably stopped going to), and found it easier to isolate myself, binge-eating and playing Pokémon platinum version in a small dark space than face the world that I felt had turned its back on me. .

#2 Made for Love

Being at the beach always makes me want to fall in love. It’s been that way since I was eleven years old when I would sneak out onto the condo balcony late at night and write love songs to a guy that I’d never met. There I would look up at the stars and pray that I would meet my summer romance, and that this year would be ..

#3 Suffering, The Love Story

I want to tell you a love story. A real love story. Right now I should be inside finishing my statistics homework, but after one of the craziest weeks of my life- 2 cancer diagnoses in my family, one of whom was my 7 month old cousin, starting a podcast, sitting in a classroom for the first time in 4 years, inner turmoil ..

How To Be A Morning Person

We want to see the rising Sun in the morning. We want to breath the fresh air in the morning. We want to start our day early for healthy routine and plan our day in better way. We want to be a morning person, we think daily that from tomorrow I will start going to morning walk and get up at 5 AM , 5:30 AM or so on.

After few attempts and failures, people started thinking that – I can’t wake early, I love my sleep more. The most important part is – IT HURT OUR WILL POWER, WHEN WE CAN’T WAKE UP.

DON’T WORRY, it is not that bad, check out the list which will surely help you to wake up early with little bit of planning :

1. DON’T EAT LATE

It all start with late night food. We need to maintain food habit. Eat less and before time. At least try to have food 2 hours before you need to sleep.

2. DON’T SET ALARM TO WAKE UP

Instead of morning alarm, set alarm to sleep on time. For Example, if you want to wake up at 5 AM than you need to sleep at 10-11 PM. So, put alarm in your phones to Go-to bed on time and don’t forget to put your phone fridge (away from you).

3. PLAN YOUR MORNING ROUTINE

Planning plays a vital role and motivation to wake up. If you have basic to-do list of morning routine For Example : 1. I wake up at 5 AM, Drink 4 glass of water, Go for walk at 5:30, Take bath at 7: 00, Have breakfast at 7:30, Turn on my phone at 8:00 AM, Start working or so on.

4. TURN OFF YOUR PHONE

I recommend to first call your loved once (family/friends) and put your away from your self. If you are a person who is eager to see phone on every second or on every small notification tune on phone or even a little blink on phone than YOU MUST TURN YOUR PHONE OFF.

Don’t worry about friends and family, soon they will start realizing your schedule and they do not disturb you.

5. DRINK MILK BEFORE SLEEP

Have a glass of warm-milk. If you don’t like milk than have tea but whatever you have should not contain Caffeine.

6. GET ENOUGH SLEEP

This is the key. We need to have enough sleep to wake up.

7. RELAX AND TAKE YOUR TIME

Once you go to bed, relax and give your self time. Focus on breath for some time and do not hold your thoughts, let them flow for a while, again focus on breath consciously and SLEEP LIKE A KID.

P.S. – IF YOUR MUMMY IS WITH YOU, TELL HER TO WAKE YOU UP 🙂
